Hi, I’m Joyce Brafford, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve families in my community. As a licensed attorney in North Carolina, I graduated from Campbell Law School in 2011, and for nearly a decade, I’ve worked with law firms to streamline their practices using technology. I’ve been fortunate to be named to the FastCase 50 and recognized by the ABA’s Women in Tech. But my true passion lies in helping my neighbors protect their families—something that became especially personal to me after experiencing the challenges surrounding my ex-husband’s estate.

When my ex-husband passed away without a will, it took over two years to navigate the probate process, leaving his children with nothing. This experience deeply affected me and reinforced the importance of estate planning. It became my mission to help families avoid this same uncertainty, ensuring that their loved ones are provided for and that their wishes are respected. As a mother, my children are my top priority, and I am passionate about helping other parents protect their families, no matter what the future holds.

In addition to my legal work, I serve as a Girl Scout troop leader, where I have the privilege of shaping the next generation of young leaders. Whether at work, at home, or in the community, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact and supporting those around me. Now, I’m excited to bring my experience, passion, and heart for service to help families in my community create the security they deserve.
